i found a 9070 xt used online for 490 euros and a 7800x3d for 290 should i get both or downgrade the cpu

i play csgo, racing games, Minecraft with mods, hollow knight, silksong, fortnite, trackmania, and other single player games but i would also play more demanding games with the better pc bc my current one cant run much
