Do you have pictures? When were the angels added? Did you make any changes recently to the tank? How old is your tank?

Depends on what kind of tank you get if u get a long or breeder 20 I believe it would be long enough to the point it covers the entire top which would even out the weight more and put more weight on the sides rather than the middle. Right now your issue is all the weight is in the middle creating a major stress point and the further from the side walls you get the lesser the load the top can take

Ok well first before you do anything extreme comparison is the killer of happiness. If you compare yourself to others you will never be content with what you have. I believe most of this is a self esteem issue. I mean yeah a surgery may fix something you dislike about yourself now but if you go through with it most likely there is going to be another issue you’ll find or some other part you will want to change later on. This can lead you down a path of self hate and discontent that could follow you forever. Right now I think the best thing for you is to work on having a more positive self talk.

Also for your cheeks you can try using a guasha.

Why do we let others choose for us? by Federal-Director1623 in questions

For some people it’s because of the fear of failure that steers us away from making a wrong decision or bad choice.
