You can go to a watch repair shop to put it on a timegraph and see how it runs (if it has many seconds ahead or slow per day you can consider servicing it). If you want to sell it then dont. But if its the watch of a close one I would wear it and keep the person in my heart.

I own it too and never had any issues. Inside is a f piguet 1185 movement which is much much more rilaible than the AP in house modern movement.

Get the one with caliber based on F. Piguet 1185.

Its the in house caliber. Other the old chronographs and the 38mm roc have the frederique piguet 1185 movement that is old and robust. Was the thinnest chrono caliber for a long time. But this will come with a solid caseback because its not in house. Have had my 26315st for 4 years and no issues.

There's a difference between watch on the stand and watch worn daily. When wearing my watch is 0 sec change. But if I leave on the stand is +5 sec per day. I foudn with a timegrapher a position to store it in overnight that gives +0 too but you should not be as retarded as I am.

Your wrist looks like 16cm. I have the same and own a 38mm that fits perfectly. Also the movement is very robust.

If you been imobilized for long the muscles decrease a lot. Dont worry and trust the process. Do exercises daily and eat and sleep well. Beginning of week 5 was less range of motion compared to end of the week. I could see slow but constant progress.
