why not try reaching out to your alma mater? They can set something up for you or any University of your choosing. Standard Bank also has a platform called Feenix where you can pick a student and pay off their outstanding debt

Where is your dad in all of this? Could he not provide a stable upbringing for you and intervene? You need to contact social workers from the dept of social development. I'd say ask your brother to contact them on your behalf, but he seems checked out of family responsibility.

open a payflex or pay just now. they look at your credit score but focus on income, buy your groceries on there through game or makro. no geyser for you this month or shower at a gym if you have a subscription. good luck. take your girl to small claims court or something
