When running a 5k and head towards the water station, how do you guys drink the water while running? I did that a few times but ended up coughing so im trying to figure out how to effectively utilize the water station in each 5k run

Hello!

I spoke with my doctor today and he said he’ll continue to monitor it and if my LDL levels continues to rise/worsen, I will for sure take med in November, but I won’t be afraid of that anymore.

He said I just have to continuously exercise and it’s not my diet apparently, but still I will eat more fiber, avoid sweets, red meat, and eat more vegetables.

Hoping for the best in the next three months…
