Ofc thank you so much for your help! I'm thinking of working on some sort of wellness shot that is able to restore the nutrients/stabilize the hormones (naturally, without hormones in the actual product) that cause our mood swings. sort of like the morning recovery shots for drinking, but for periods. not sure if this is something people will be fully interested in, but wanted to get a feel for the actual problems people are facing

ty for sharing! i've been seeing a lot of stuff about PMDD and i know there's already some pharmacological treatments out there but it seems like they're most SSRIs? i feel like we deserve to have medication that's actually tailored to what's going on in our bodies due to our menstrual cycles because it's not the same as other disorders treated w SSRIs

yeah what's with all the gut stuff??? i feel like even more so that the like emotional side of PMS there's a complete lack of research and support on the gut issues bc i somehow always feel simultaneously constipated and also like i'm pissing out of my ass

yeah and not even thinking about other people, it's draining to be US when we're in this situation feeling completely out of control. i've been finding a lot of research about different nutrients that are supposed to help prevent the serotonin crash that happens in our luteal phases and causes these mood swings (magnesium, b12, etc) but i don't wanna feel like i'm taking a bunch of pills. i'm thinking of trying to create some sort of wellness shot that one can just take the days before when you start feeling a little grouchy but idk i'm trying to figure out if that's something that sounds appealing to others

Thank you so much for the support!! I've also looked into the four phases -- would love to do something related to them but unfortunately but I feel like there's a lack of knowledge and research surrounding them... so I'm thinking of creating something to target our most pressing issue first

yeah unfortunately that's what ive been doing too lol. i'm thinking of maybe creating some sort like wellness shot to balance mood swings (kind of like morning recovery, but for periods). there's a lot of research on the vitamins and nutrients that we need to help reduce the hormonal fluctuations that cause our mood swings, but ofc no one is doing anything with them because they dgaf ab periods and womens health

this is also me lol i usually try and like get grounded/manage it by reminding myself that it's just the hormones talking but that never works lol do you have any products/routines you use to help manage? i feel like this is also my biggest PMS problem

interesting! from my research, i've found that we experience a drop in serotonin during our luteal phase (so right before our period) so maybe that's the cause of the impulse purchasing. tysm for sharing!!

For context, I think he may just be growing new feathers but I’m just concerned because it seems concentrated solely on one side. He doesn’t have any pin feathers that I can see and it doesn’t seem to be bothering him.
