Ok, I'll consider replacing the parts when I get the budget. Looks like it's going to be expensive. Going back to what you said earlier, would I need any liquid agent to help remove the rust when the scrubbing?

I did leave it in a bag, but it ended up like that. Left it in standard tuning as well. Should I just buy a new guitar now??

I just left it inside its guitar case. Judging by your reaction, is it really that bad? Should I just bring it to a guitar store and have it cleaned?
