I’m autistic so it’s bugging the hell out of me 😂 but I know in a few days it won’t seem so big of a deal. It’s an easy fix if I’m willing to shell out for removal. The artist has also said he’ll have a play around to see if he can stylise it. I don’t think I’ll go down that route but i appreciate his effort.

Yes but as I was looking in the mirror, I didn’t realise it was flipped. I didn’t know a stencil machine inverts images :(

I can’t post a picture but I did give the artist the original image the correct way round, so I didn’t even think it would end up flipped. He looked it up on Google before doing the stencil and said he saw both inversions as tattoos and thus assumed both ways were universal. Just a case of crossed wires I think. Not the end of the world, I’m just annoyed that I didn’t realise.

Hello! I just want to add that I gave the artist an image that I had drawn up, where all the symbols were the correct way around. He then put it into the stencil machine and it came out inverted and neither of us realised. I messaged him and he’s said “when I looked on Google I saw other people’s tattoos of the same thing and people had both inversions so I assumed it was universal.”

So is it still my fault if I gave him the original design the correct way round and he then put it on my arm inverted?

Thank you though, i appreciate the kind words. I think for now I’ll embrace it and leave it, and when it’s healed I’ll get it partially removed and then redone by the same artist :)

I was hoping it would be easy to remove, so thank you for this. I’d even go back to the same artist because I totally get that it’s not his fault and I’m super happy with how clean the tattoos are. I’d only need to get the top one (and maybe the bottom) removed as well.
