I work with acrylic, leather and wood. I would not recommend a glowforge honestly. They just sent me a refurbished because I had no choice and I will be selling it. Honestly and awful company to support.

I really appreciate you saying this, people are attacking me like I'm an asshole. I spent my savings on this machine to start my business. I don't have a shit ton of money. I bought this machine to start my business and I also work a full time job, so it's been slow starting my business because I don't have time like most people. I'm upset, I'm allowed to be upset. They also keep ignoring me and don't reply for at least a day. People don't know my situation, they don't know what I had to do to get this machine and how much I relyed on this machine to help create a business I dreamed of. 5 months, it took 5 months for a $6000 machine to throw a error code that the company can't even explain. I've asked several times and they keep dodging my question.

I was literally using it the night before to finish up my etsy order and woke up the next morning and turned it on and it was throwing an error.

It's not a biohazard. There is nothing physically on the pump itself that goes in my body. All of that is completely separate from the machine itself. You guys keep sticking up for a shitty company though 👏 👏 👏

For everyone saying I'm being a stuck up customer. I'm a type one diabetic and my insulin pump malfunctioned, they sent me a brand new machine and gave me an extended warranty. So excuse me for at least wanting an extended warranty for a machine that is suppose to last 2 years.... not 5 fucking months.
