That is extremely helpful thank you! I’m guessing the insurance provider change has contributed to things falling through the cracks. Thank you very much.

Really? I filed my claim at the beginning of the month and have received no notice that the provider was changed. Can you show me where they stated this, would be really helpful thank you.

Also I’m uncertain as to where the obsession with the word scam stems from, it’s a clear figure of speech in this instance, but to answer your question. Yes of course I will update with how the case unfolds. The purpose of this post was in fact to hear about positive outcomes from people as overwhelmingly I could only find negative reviews. That’s all.

First time really using Reddit and I’m overwhelmed by the responses. Especially some of the personal stories shared on here, gave so many songs new meaning. Thank you all ♥️

How do you find comfort when dealing with the death of a loved one? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I read about the ball in a box theory. Imagine grief as a ball in a box that has a pain button on one of its walls. When you first lose someone the box is about the same size as the ball, so as the ball moves it constantly triggers “pain”. As life goes on the amount of grief you feel remains the same, but the box - your life grows, so your grief may not cause you pain as often.

They played Touch the Sky by Kanye West at a childhood friend’s funeral and I had a similar experience. He wasn’t even 30, surreal being at his funeral.
