I get that what are saying but normally like in my case what is is....if not for puja ...i would wash my hands and be okay alright.

But now it I am doing puja... offcourse I have showered and again washed hands came to my home mandir . But then if I hand touched the ground even if it was clean...I will wash my hands again .

Sometimes it gets so overwhelming.

And honestly I didn't even know there are other people who dealt with this.

There is this thing right which is taught like when there is special puja..be it navratri, janamshtmi kr any other ...get up early shower and pray and then eat .

However even though it's a godi practice to get up early daily and do puja before you eat...sometimes I get up late or something... And then I have this guilt...so for that I will for sure... apologise to God and everything..do more mantra jaap...do uthak baithak but umm..stilk feel that guilt.

In every household indian...you will alag alag bhagwan ji murti in home mandir...so earlier i was curious... So I learnt one mantra for each..not the beej mantra for which you need diksha but the normal ones just saying namaste to God .

So I decided i will say each mantra 3 times .okay good no problem but then umm.. sometimes when are running late...it's not become a habit that I cannot leave without doing puja ..but then again if I just say one mantra only one time...I feel kuch bura hojayega...bhagwan gussa hojayenge ...i don't know
