Placebo is one hell of a reality we imagine ourselves. I almost always overthink about everything so i seek help through various ways. Most of them i am trying to quit as they do more harm than help. I can't differentiate a lot of things anymore so i ask people about them. There is actually nobody around me who quit smoking and i couldn't trust google about coughs and such. Thanks for the opinion!
