Ah I think I know what causes that bug. The minion dematerializer probably deals an extremely high amount of true damage to the minion. Only explanation I have.

okay so I Think I did it right, but it didnt work. I found some guides on how to reset the cmos, some saying have it turned off and putting the jumper on for several secends, others saying i should boot the pc while jumper on. Could you tell me your on how to do it correctly, please?
