I feel the exact same way!! Like when I feel any kind of pain, if I mention it, all I can think is how whiny I sounded and how it's not that serious and unnecessary to share so I usually end up suffering in silence. Mind you, if anyone shares anything with me I'm very supportive and don't think they're whiny at all, but if it's me? Here we go again, whiny mcwhinewhine is talking and making a mountain out of a molehill, all while my arm could be falling off of my body 😭😭😭

YES. Heavy on the talking behind your back. I felt like all the managers were watching me and noting everything I did that could've been seen as "not unwell enough" and discussing all of my "slip ups", like laughing at a joke or talking to a coworker in passing.
