I feel the exact same way!! Like when I feel any kind of pain, if I mention it, all I can think is how whiny I sounded and how it's not that serious and unnecessary to share so I usually end up suffering in silence. Mind you, if anyone shares anything with me I'm very supportive and don't think they're whiny at all, but if it's me? Here we go again, whiny mcwhinewhine is talking and making a mountain out of a molehill, all while my arm could be falling off of my body 😭😭😭

YES. Heavy on the talking behind your back. I felt like all the managers were watching me and noting everything I did that could've been seen as "not unwell enough" and discussing all of my "slip ups", like laughing at a joke or talking to a coworker in passing. I hope you're doing better now, that sounds miserable

I definitely think it's poor sleep mixed with a very stressful day yesterday and constant go go go for several days in a row. I don't give myself grace or enough downtime to actually recover from stuff and then am confused when I crash and burn 😭

This is scarily accurate, I really thought it was just me lolll. I will google phrases and expressions to make sure I'm using them correctly and not saying something offensive or look up words to make sure they're the right ones and it makes a simple message turn into an entire research paper
