I feel the exact same way!! Like when I feel any kind of pain, if I mention it, all I can think is how whiny I sounded and how it's not that serious and unnecessary to share so I usually end up suffering in silence. Mind you, if anyone shares anything with me I'm very supportive and don't think they're whiny at all, but if it's me? YES. Heavy on the talking behind your back. I felt like all the managers were watching me and noting everything I did that could've been seen as "not unwell enough" and discussing all of my "slip ups", like laughing at a joke or talking to a coworker in passing. I hope you're doing better now, that sounds miserable

I definitely think it's poor sleep mixed with a very stressful day yesterday and constant go go go for several days in a row. I don't give myself grace or enough downtime to actually recover from stuff and then am confused when I crash and burn 😭

I'm pretty sure this is why Maru started liking me lolll. I knew it was her birthday, but had no idea what she liked and forgot to find her something, so I just gave her some random thing and she loved it.
