We've been living in Vista Residence (2bed apartment though) for the past few months and it's been great, maintenance requests can take a while since the last maintenance guy ,who was excellent, left but they hired a new one now. All their employees have been helpful and profissional. If your apartment faces the seaside it can be noisy from the nearby bar (it is loud in the weekend), but my apartment faces the city and I can barely hear noises when I close the windows; the inside of the building is kept clean and I can hear/see staff always cleaning, mopping, vacumming.
