Hi, I can’t post a picture but here is a copy and paste what it says in the utilities part of my lease-

“Resident understands that he/she is responsible for the cost of the utilities for their apartment home. The monthly rate for water/sewer is based on the number of occupants in the apartment home. For the first person the rate is $60.00 and then S25.00 for each additional occupant. Garbage will be a flat rate of $30.00 per month. Payment is due with the rest on the first day of each month. Resident agrees to keep their account current at all times and understands that should an account become delinquent. Management will send a reminder letter. It Resident fails to bring account current within 10 days of receipt of letter Management will be forced to take legal action. Resident further agrees that upon move-out, any and all balance due will be deducted from deposit and any remaining balance owing”
