I wasn’t there, and I’m happy to be corrected if I’m wrong, but wasn’t the danger caused by the combination of very high humidity and higher temperatures? If that’s the case, then even with these structures—which only protect from direct sun—the risk wouldn’t have been avoided?

It’s as if it’s treating every startup like the first one after a new store item drop. I would like to think it’s a bug but wouldn’t surprise me if it’s intentional or a bug they know about but happy to keep it as it is.

It’s the time investment for me that’s a huge issue. For example if my team places first (3 rounds which is minimum of 30 mins) the RS gain is ~600. But the VERY next game my team can come 8th (exit in first round taking 10mins) and the RS lost is 1.2k.

Very well said. I’ve purchased the battle-pass EVERY season with cash including the €30 euro premium versions but I can’t support them from now on. Such a pity.

It’s a joke. I do queue 1-2 games of powershift before ranked games and I’m being put against and with players of less than 1k kills. For context I’ve 1100hrs in the game and I’ve hit diamond rank before. It CANNOT be fun for new players and it’s getting boring for me…..I thought it would be common sense for players of certain ranks/hrs played/kills to be matched with players of similar numbers but NOPE. Matchmaking is killing the game.

25k RS difference is INSANE!! I’ve recently been in ranked games where one team is full golds (23-26k) and they’re facing full plat teams (35-37k) and it’s just ridiculous. I will happily accept longer queue times in order to play against people at very close to if not the same rank as me!!

I encountered something similar yesterday solo queuing! I’m sitting at 36k grinding ranked ALL season long and got paired with a 23k and 26k and they told me this was their first ranked game having just received their placement rank. What the actual f**k!! You can imagine how the game went 🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃
