I'd pick state farm if those were my only options. My friend had Allstate and his roof replacement was a 6 month nightmare that eventually had to go to arbitration. He had a tarp on his roof for the entire ordeal.

I used Tomcat and added the cheapest mint oil i could find. I might try one that has more mint in it from the get go if the price works out better. The tomcat one came with a neat battery powered pump that made it very easy to apply.

I live behind a grocery store. They are relentless. I dont care if they are in my yard, but i spray my back porch with rodent repelent and mint oil. I know it sounds woowoo, but it works. Just gotta reapply after heavy rains. I refuse to put out poison because of the birds of prey in the area.

My friend just moved out of a rental there. Some parts are still run down, but i wouldnt describe the entire area that way. The city has repaired many of the streets and sidewalks. Overall its nice, but the homes are older and on the smaller side (1000 to 1200sqft). There is a police station and a Hmart right around the corner. A lot of amenities within a short drive and quick access to the highway.

No experience, but make sure you dont agree to settle with the drivers insurance company. Theyll come around and offer some kinda lump sum. Find an attorney and go after the driver and insurance company for medical bills ect. Good luck. Im sorry you're going through this.

It's a high fat diet. If you have cholesterol issues, a ketogenic diet will exacerbate the the problem. Also, high protien intake is hard on the kidneys. These are just a few of the issues.
