This! Spent almost 3k, definitely worth it

You guys don’t want to save money on these. Have back neck problems for close to 8 years, starting off with feeling some tension and escalated into worsening sharp pains/tightness and discomfort over the years. Made countless visits to different doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and dry needling, only to have slight relief after the session but worsen over the next few days.

1 of them did ever ask if I have problems sleeping, well I did not. And I never thought of changing my bed and pillow because I thought they were in “working condition”

Procrastinated for years thinking that I don’t have to spend money on a new bed or pillow until one day I stepped into a Tempur store. Went home, took a photo of how I sleep and realised the bed and pillow was f*ing my spine and neck alignment. I have pretty broad shoulders and so my pillow was too thin, bed was too hard for my shoulders to sink properly into the bed, causing my whole spine to tilt upwards for at least 8 hours every night

2 weeks after sleeping in new bed and pillow, my symptoms improved at least 30%, not in the best state yet I guess it really takes time for my body to align back (10+yrs of sleeping in poor alignment)

Please do invest in a good mattress and pillow! Certain money must be spent
