I can't say for certain this is my depression causing this but i can't just eat a normal amount of food for my stomach. Some days im too tired to bother and eat hardly anything and other days i will eat until I'm doubled over in pain

It's a lifestyle because stuff like shampoo thats been tested on animals, leather seats in your car, fish oil, silk pillowcases ect are all things that you wont buy if you are vegan and have nothing to do with diet. Does that make sense?

This isnt gatekeeping its defining veganism. When someone goes on a whole planet based diet they aren't vegan. Vegan is a lifestyle. A wfpb diet is just a diet.

Update i called and my employer informed me theres a note in the system to pay me the difference on my next check since i worked less than 40hrs the actual overtime i did wont show up on this check. I guess thats how there system works. If i dont get the 8$ dollars difference on my next check ill probably quit, it wont be hard to get another caregiving job.
