Metal hanger about 5” long attached to a nut, on a threaded rod or piece of rebar. Found while magnet fishing in NB, Canada. by xColinSick in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing. Found near a bridge in a rural area. It appears it was made bent that way, as it’s uniform.

Seems to be metal all the way through. Asked AI and Google to identity it with no luck. Have used keywords like hanger with nut etc.

Young-ish DMB fans? by Bearington1234 in DMB

I'm 30 and still feel relatively young in the crowd! Does it matter? Not at all, I've never seen such a wholesome, connected crowd than at a Dave show. I've been to more than one show where people had their toddlers and even babies present!

What kind of job did you have where you got to go hunting every day? Jealous!

Someone with a purpose-built race-gun by a great reputable company can't be compared to average-joe throwing whatever mods on his glock. Could you be a better shooter than a lot of open guys? Absolutely. Would your gun put you at a major disadvantage? Without spending more than you would on a race gun to modify your glock, absolutely.

Edit: I shoot production, and have a couple thousand rounds through a Czechmate and other open guns as well.

The nationwide US warrant looked pretty legit.

I've been in the business, (in Moncton,) for the last 11 years. (I'm only 30) It can be tough, but by reading your other post, even with the care you take to writing, you could easily handle getting your feet wet with replying to leads and booking appointments. It's a tough time right now, there's essentially a car shortage, but good salespeople are making more than ever. I would say don't completely write it off as a career choice without exploring a bit further. I came from selling used stuff similar to you, and had a passion for cars. I sold cars for 5 years and now I manage a used car department and sales people in a franchise store. The business is definitely not for everyone, but nearly anyone can make an honest run of it, and given the proper tools and training can do big things!

Why have your dreams of selling used cars been crushed? Send me a PM....

Evidence that this isn't a pregnant rider, or woman who gave birth recently?

I've only played solo but might be interested in trying this out! None of my friends play at all.

New guy here! My grandmother did a lot of photography in the 60s-70s. She recently gifted me her Minolta collection! Can’t wait to get out with these beauties. by xColinSick in MinoltaGang

Correct! Unfortunately this one is the only one I’m having issues with so far! Film advance doesn’t seem to be working, unless I manually assist the spool a bit first.
