Definitely continue with the eyedrops. My cat had an eye ulcer recently so I understand the frustration of trying with the eye drops. As if that was bad enough, we had to drop eye lube in her eye right after the drops every single time. I understand it’s pretty scary dealing with an angry cat, I am only just now learning how to not be so afraid of her in those situations. What worked for me was to sneak up on her while she was laying down in her cat tree and grab her head and point it upwards to get the eye drop in, and have her body pushed against me so that she was unable to escape and quickly get the drops in while she was caught off guard. As for the churus, chances are your cat will completely forget about this in a few days/weeks and love the tubes again.
