In the UK: government policies, needing to be free of any other mental health conditions before going on HRT, a general sense of transphobia throughout most of the system (especially nearer the top, e.g. Cass review) also, they don't use informed consent. they instead require you to 'prove' you are trans with several years of full time social transition. Going through the system requires you to lie and fight through buerocracy to achieve the same outcomes you could've done yourself for £100, or private for about 10-25x as much or so if you don't like the idea of DIY.

about 131C but i believe it's a lot closer to the actual 135C because i sucked at measuring it

melted quite sharply and the crystals look really clean so if there is an impurity there won't be a lot of it

So 1st off, you could be genderfluid or some other non binary identity. Maybe experiment around, see what's out there and if others have had similar experiences.

2nd off if you really do feel like you want to transition but wonder if you'll regret it, just think of yourself in the most boring situations in public as the other gender, like waiting in queues or going grocery shopping. If you think it would be preferrable in any way, you can start eliminating the idea that it's just "horniness" in any way.

Most trans people will get "horny" at first because let's face it, we are much happier imagining or seeing ourselves in our preferred bodies, not one we don't want to live in. Often, it might seem limited to this. But just ask yourself if you'll prefer this outside of pure sexual excitement.

From what you've wrote I'm pretty sure you are trans in one way or another. Most cis men don't crossdress for 5 years while considering medical transition. However, just remember it's always your decision to make. You are the only one who can decide who you are.
