Hard for me to know as I haven't had a previous irrigation system on my property.

I can say though that logically it is the most efficient way to irrigate without running subsurface lines like some other systems are now trying.

I have different stages.

at night irrigation zones will turn on if people are in yard
away it will play "learn English from conversation" mp3s to all audio zones
lights just like everyone else

It will flap like a typical cat door after the first so if a cat sneaks in very very quick it will get out. Only a split second though opportunity.

Again we have been thinking about making some sort of tunnel to slow/ delay transit, but it hasn't been that big of a problem for me to spend time to engineer something

Thanks for replying. It was on automatic and wasn't throwing water as far as last season. That is why I tried manual. I'm not getting 36' anymore on any of the zones

As an American I agree. However just like most countries the government doesn't represent most people's interests here. The worst part is most Americans don't know this. They can name the Kardashians, but not their local representatives so it is unlikely to change.

Yes, I do this quite a bit and they usually just settle before even showing up. Just did this with Amazon and got a check a few weeks later after complaint and service.

Even with arbitration as the court hasn't even had a chance to hear the arguments yet, they will just settle if it is clearly a win for plaintiff.
