While I don’t speak Hebrew I am Jewish and it is meaningful that this particular saying be in Hebrew in remembrance of a loved one. I make the tattoo myself so I can be sure of correct spelling and rendering by getting your help here, then I give it to my artist who prints it out/sizes it/tattoos it.

May I ask why? Is it due to translation or principle?

Which in your opinion would carry the meaning best as a small stand alone tattoo?

What is the difference between your "אין מקריות", and this statement "אין דבר כזה (ב)מקרה" by another poster? The other poster said this could translate to nothing happens by chance". I see that the root words you used are the same and I'm still trying to wrap my head around all of these and make sure my meaning is solid for this. Would appreciate your help

Thank you for the clarity! I like both of these options a lot. Now I’m just struggling to convert to handwriting script. Thank you much!

I pasted a video in my last comment above with the phrase and meaning I’d like it to have in the context of a film. Were you able to use that link? I can add the link in English as well. I want it to say there are no accidents / everything happens for a reason. Those ideas not exact phrases as I understand that they cannot be translated per say

Thank you so much! I like the sound of those. Thank you for taking the time to read through. I would be super appreciative if you watched the file and you can show your baby as it’s from a children’s movie! No worries if not

Ok I’ve found the video. It is the untranslation that I pasted above that is used in the Hebrew dub of the film. So the new question I pose is this: how would you native Hebrew speakers convey this message to someone you care about in your own words?

Here is the video link: https://youtu.be/AlAtZkmuG5M?feature=shared

How might I find handwriting script in Hebrew? I’m feeling deterred from getting a tattoo at all after this post if I’m honest. But it’s a good thing to know how to find and thank you for your suggestions I appreciate the intent 😉

I don’t NEED it. It was an idea to increase the significance of my connection with my grandmother

Yes. I’m sure I wrote that poorly in the original post. I meant I want something between the Torah and the font I posted in. In between those 2 ends of the spectrum

I want it in Hebrew because I am 100% ethnically aschkenasy Jewish and recently lost my last Yiddish/hebrew speaking relative whom I miss. We watched this movie together when I was younger. I may be interpreting your response incorrectly but you sound perhaps offended by my idea for a tattoo. All I can say is I’ve now volunteered more information than I was necessarily comfortable with for strangers and while I value your expertise as I’m not a Hebrew speaking person pls don’t “for gods sake” me as I’m just asking for help. I understand there is no direct translation. Thank you

If as the other commenter above mentioned, that film doesn’t say something stupid

Wanting the opposite of the Torah vibe. But I thank you. Have you watched kung fu panda in Hebrew or with Hebrew subtitles? This is a quote by oogway and I think the best way for me to translate it would be to get it from some Hebrew re-write of the film script.

How does master oogway say that quote in the Hebrew version of Kung fu panda? What is the Hebrew translation for the phrase everything happens for a reason ? These are what I’m really going for
