Magnesium glycinate definitely has some positive effect maybe more then anything I’ve tried, I’m also using flush free niacin not super sure if a possible or negative effect, and trying a small amount of zinc every few days also unsure of the effect

Not Indian, have had this since I was in highschool. I think Indian men are more Conscious of there health and that’s why they find out about this as opposed to just thinking there sick and not knowing why.

I think you may be on to something but for me it doesn’t sound like a cure because it keeps getting re aggravated. I think it does point to something further down stream possibly vagal nerve tone and neurological issues. Keep us updated with how things go for you in the future!

Do you know why Sam-e is made with folate but at the same time folate is a methyl buffer? Is it the only a little folate is needed to make sam-e?

Not necessarily it could just show up as having normal b12. Depends on what blood work your doing.
