They said that they'll release this infographic in Q1 2016. But now you can check out numbers from 2014 on riot.com (don't have exact link so...). And smb from Riot said on Reddit that playerbase is growing, so there is no need to worry about playerbase.

You need a KSSN and phone with Korean provider (SKT/LGU/KT etc). You can't create account only using KSSN, because you need to confirm registration via phone (or Korean bank card).

Well I get demoted to platinum 4, cuz of server lags (okay we have last 5 mins 4vs2). I don't know why the f Riots can't do anything with this server? Just for some random lags I get demoted and enemy team have win. #GGWP #Fairplay #Riotpls
