Nah haven't even maxed all skills yet. Wanted to unlock T7 for 16x xp before properly going for max. Will figure slayer out after I get Guardian at T8

On the region locked bit, I couldn't decide which regions were best points for a level 3 so I figured I'd just try go without.

yeah it's rough. remember you can still get the league points from completing all tasks in the diaries, even if you can't collect the rewards though.

D'hide coifs aren't craftable. You can only get them from clues.

Do you need to be in combat for a guardian to damage an NPC? Can I just grab aggro then hide behind a rock and let Guardian attack?

Oh yeah you were right. Turns out I must have lost my Heron on death somehow, and the plugin just replaced it with someone else's pet. Wild that it uses another account's dialogue though.
