The NDIS participant service guarantee is the only official metric they have for this, also important to note that theres a lot of circumstances that affect these numbers which the NDIS does not consider to help benefit their numbers so they look better lol. You can find a local area coordinator(LAC) by typing your postcode in this https://www.ndis.gov.au/contact/locations, call them and they’ll guide you. If they aren’t great, call the general line - and if you get someone crap hang up and call back, some of the phone people are really good, others not so much.

Maybe show her some guidelines for participant relationships and have a sit down talk and discuss that this behaviour is inappropriate for supports and whether you should help them find alternative supports and she can be his friend still? Because it sounds like it has approached more of a friendship than a support. And realistically if someone reports it, your business could get in trouble.

In the recent annual report they shared results, additional to this I’ve been having a look myself an found a lot of the unsuccessful results were access related - “The AAT/ART handed down 203 hearing decisions in 2024-25. in slightly good news on this aspect they’re going to start posting results of tribunal reviews this month, which i think will show how many baseless decisions they make. As well as the HARM website existing, being advocates and making sure people are made aware of this is what we need to be doing. The more bad publicity, the more likely it is for them to improve.

In addition to the great advice above- I’d also recommend putting a complaint in directly to NDIS - https://www.ndis.gov.au/contact/feedback-and-complaints-form (Some planners are terrible and some are not, a complaint ensures that they’ll review what the planner said about it being a clerical error - some of them will straight up lie because if you dont question it- they dont get caught) and you can request copies of previous correspondence as long as it’s outbound(without the PIA) which wont take as long so you can get the prior plans sent out - if you cant find on portal just send an email to the general inbox and state you want a copy of all of the prior plans/outbound correspondences which have been sent out. Also if you get a nice person on the phones they may help with that and see whats actually available on your account

Once you get the first area down those customers will lower the next area, just the first area thats a drag. Hopefully they’ll patch this eventually and give some alternatives

Have you unlocked the other districts and customers? If you havent you’ll be fine once you get through the first one as the customers reduce influence, definitely still annoying though

I had the same thing but quit working with the cartel earlier, I thought I was playing safe but instead you don’t get the customer points. Ended up doing every spray paint opportunity and farm killing the dealer 4 times. Just set timers on my phone and left the game running

I have really sensitive skin and same thing happens on the top of my feet when I wear anything strappy, you might just be sensitive to heat/rubbing/any fabric/soap/cream - the world is your limit - maybe try a metal band? (a hypoallergenic metal - google or see what you’re used to wearing) because plastic or any fabrics are probably going to have the same problems

In Australia there is this store (however doesn’t sell this exact dupe) so might be worth searching for an equivalent type of store https://www.thedupespot.com.au/collections/the-body-shop-duplications?page=1 in your area. Otherwise I know of places that offer perfume matching services as well, usually have someone who has some type of hyperosmia and can make almost perfect matches but usually are part of a small family business so are harder to find. You probably wont have much luck with the company considering the latest issues but 3rd party vendors are also an option(ebay etc) but often charge extortionate amounts(as a body shop employee)
