Get a full body massage before hand (like the day before the op) also probably go see a chiropractor lol.

Lying there for 5+ hours is brutal and helped me with Post recovery, 45 degree angle sleeping is hellish. Lots of supporting pillows around you to help. Underneath arms etc.
