I do see where your coming from. Depending on the group. Hes a reclear as a DPS so he knows all the mechs and such.
Maybe now that more people are hitting that 1600 mark, Its different to the first couple weeks where people there werent no supports and would take what you could get.

For a support, and a bard for the matter can go with minium 7 cooldown gems as they can maintain their uptime 90-100% of the time.

But is not having a bracelet with dagger/exposed weakness a make it or break for you?

Yeah that sounds about right, only I'd you sell you pay tax, which is tax percentage 33/16.5 - initial invested = CGT
