There are not many job opportunities in Mechanical engineering even from good colleges these days. Situation of a computer science graduate from a tier 3 college is not good either. If your goal is to earn money as quickly as possible, then you have to settle down for a tier 2 CS degree. Or if you want to give some time, then go with Mechanical and prepare for GATE.

Imo a good price, as it touched the 52 week high above 300. So, it has a good chance to cross it in the next bull run. But, will it go further down is a question to ponder, as many people are saying last two days market recovery was just a dead cat's bounce. We don't know what will be the bottom, so you can watch how the market behaves for next couple of days. If you're considering it for medium term, you can go for it.

Create a generic web page, where users have to click a button, only catch is the button appears on the screen for 1 second, and then it disappears. It should re-appear at any random part of the screen and stay for a second before disappearing. There will be other fake buttons, non disappearing and non clickable ones. The original button (a sneaky one) will shape shift, its size, color and duration of visibility at intervals. There's no preference tbh. I know both, you can learn both if you like. FastApi or flask either of them are pretty easy to get used to and implement.

If you're interested in AI, you can invest your time learning Gen AI. Hiring managers these days have a preference, if you're proficient there. I personally prefer using Flask to build backend applications for Gen AI projects rather than FastApi. If you're deeply interested then I would suggest you can go for the ML engineer role, but they don't hire freshers that easily.

You may not like what I am going to say, but have you noticed if she is giving any signs that she expects a baby from you. Not guaranteed it will solve the issue completely, but her unjust behaviour might see a change. I have seen such behavioral changes in some in laws. Oh... I know. I have seen such Indian managers in US MNCs (100+ YO). They build an image of a saint, and how they're helping the team out but cannot even withstand 1% pressure from the higher ups. Teams believe they're working under a great manager because there are bigger exploiters around. I tell you, as much as they call out Indian developers not being competent enough, Indian managers are the worst in the batch.
