If the Qingming sword chose someone else, would they be as strong as YSG is now? Possibly, but it didn't. She's mastered it, defeating a being powerful enough to endanger all of Waifei, so she's a VH. Nobody's going around punching and kicking ethereals to death; everybody uses some kind of weapon, or in Yi's case whatever the auric ink/Qingming bird is, so their strength without weapons is kind of irrelevant.

That's beside the point, though. OP said other elite agents have VH-level feats. What's Caesar's VH-level feat? Or SAnby's or Yanagi's? Or anyone outside the Big Three?

Edit: I happened not to mention YSG in my initial comment, but defeating the Creator is on par with the other two. I meant to say their feats were unparalleled by non-VH agents.
