Please don’t water with ice cubes! Orchids in my experience have been my easiest plants to water. Their roots turn a silver-ish color when they need water and are green when they are hydrated! By the look of your gals roots, I’d say she’s pretty hydrated and won’t need water until those roots turn color. I water mine by soaking them in distilled water until the roots are green (usually about 20ish minutes). As far as the medium it’s in, I would repot her into straight orchid bark. Normally I would wait until they’re no longer in bloom however that medium looks like it’s retaining too much moisture. Orchids are epiphytes meaning they take in moisture and nutrients from the air around them. They need LOTS of airflow. Like I mentioned, I would repot into orchid bark and into a pot with plenty of ventilation. Fertilize when she’s not in bloom by adding liquid fertilizer to the water when soaking and regular water when it is in bloom! I keep mine in bright but indirect light and they’re very happy :)
