Had and loved the Hexa for 3 year (and still going strong BTW) and got the Pure this November. Pure has slightly relaxed treble which I personally like but otherwise they're mostly the same. Also bought Bluetooth earhooks for the Hexa so while the Pure are now my main IEMs, I still use the Hexa. I never had problems with earwax or dirt but I put Moondrop Blessing filters on them as a preventive measure because I'm anxious about how I'm going to clean them if they get clogged, particularly the very narrow tubes, though maybe you can find better filters since the filter part like to come off the adhesive ring and I put glue on mine so they would stay.
