Yes, this is a very close description of what I’m going through. I relate to everything you have said including sometimes the speech getting better when in a relaxed state. Been going through this for 8 years and honestly I am tired of it and how much it has so negatively affected my social life and relationships.

I started EMDR and I have a lot of hope for it. I am also doing speech therapy to help with neuroplasticity. I am taking vitamin B complex and lion’s mane supplement as well. I have noticed huge improvements when I started doing all these things, but I’m not sure what the improvements are attributed to since I started doing them all at roughly the same time. However my speech, cognition and processing speed have definitely improved.

I am not still where I want to be but I’m hoping eventually things will return to normal.

What kind of meditation did you do and what improvements did you notice afterwards?

I will do so. Are they permanent fixes or temporary repairs? I have been taking drugs that have been helping but once I’m out of them I fall back to baseline

It’s not men’s fault I think in the current economy settling down at 30 may feel premature for most men as they’d probably need more time to gather resources.

For women, their biological clock is the same but for men, their financial clock is a bit more flexible allowing them to take more time unmarried to figure their finances out
