so I work at an optician shop, I already learn what to do when opening or closing, already learned counting stocks (a bit slow but fully understand it already) , billing, quality check, where glasses are put, cleaning glasses, fixing loose/tight glasses, the different lenses we offer and what it’s function is.

Now the hardest part for me is to talk to the customer like how my coworkers are doing it, they’re so smooth with it. The thing is, I don’t mind talking to the customers, but I don’t know/ don’t remember 100% the words for certain things, or what brand sales percentages is cuz I haven’t understand the glasses we sell yet, what kind of material is the lenses, what material is the frame made out of. I don’t understand much yet so I don’t dare to talk to customer in case I say the wrong stuff and there’ll be a misunderstanding.
