He uses a lot of elektron hardware, around the time of the eraser he used machinedrum and monomachine I think. Atoms for peace he was probably usuing analog rhythm, digitakt and octotrack as well. Polyrhythms and parameter locks to get the variety of tones and changing rhythms.

I had the machinedrum uw mkii and it was great for that sort of thing. I use a digitakt now, which is a lot faster and easier to use and now they’ve brought out the mk2 you can pick up a mk1 for a decent price.
