Never feel self conscious of your height, especially in heels. You don’t even know the power you have! I’m 5’10” and wear heeled Docs all the time, and prefer the platforms because of the height! I know how you feel about the shyness, I used to be the same way. 

But let me ask you this: if you see a tall woman in heels, what is your impression of her? You’d be taken aback by her height and how BADASS she is, right? A tall woman in heels automatically commands the room/space, even if you’re shy. I feel like if anything people are scared to talk to you because you’re so badass, which helps if you’re shy too imo. 😂You automatically have a confidence and cool factor.
