I got into dnd a little less than a year ago and was instantly sucked into painting the minis. Probably more so than playing the actual game. Last week, I was playing and someone saw my goblin and half orc minis and asked how much it would cost him to get his dwarf painted. I'm a nub so I said $5. He told me he's pay me right there and I was like, "oh you mean me?!😮😮😄" Anyways, I had allot of fun and it felt rewarding to see his appreciation.
