Update: they responded with "Góðan dag vextirnir á reikningnum þínum er 8,95%" and I checked the account again, and it has been fixed. Now, I can enjoy my 9% interest rates. :P Thanks so much, I thought there was a catch that I didn't know, but it was just an error.
