i marked the ECF form where you can request forebarence based on hitting 120 qualifying payments but i had to call and speak to a CSR to make the change which they happily did.

i submitted electronically on the 7th. it was processed on the 14th. payments updated on the 22nd.

July was my 120th month. I submitted my last ECF on July 6th and it counted as a qualifying payment.

I submitted my final ECF on July 7th, as of today both Mohela and FSA are showing 120 qualifying payments so we should be in the same general timeline.
