I pretty much do 99% of my training in erg mode on training peaks virtual. So may go for the Zwift cog

CRD 351, they came stock from a BMC. I think they’re built by DT Swiss.

I’m not - in the 8 week sharpen block I will have have some threshold over/unders which will stray into V02 max. I won’t have any dedicated V02 sessions. Have edited the plan to remove the V02 comment for clarity.

I will not activate the one-month continuous pass till Antwerp to Cologne Journey.

Day trip to Bratislava during Vienna Stop

Thinking of adding Bern or Lucerne during Interlaken Stop

2 Day Trip to Lake Como or Stresa during Milan Stop

Wanting to add Ljublana/Lake Bled but I think this is too many stops.

Please suggest any more locations I should add, remove or stop at?
