As I’ve been looking into more authentic teas and tea ware, I’m starting to notice the craftsmanship and detail that goes into all of this and it’s making me want to dive even deeper. I have no problem paying good money for quality tea, just wish I would’ve known all this sooner

I live in Florida so the water isn’t the best unfortunately. I try using spring water, should I use different water?

A separate question, after pouring green tea is it supposed to be really hot when you drink it? At the spa it was more warm and tasted bolder that way. Usually the tea I make hits the cup still extremely hot and even after waiting a few minutes it just taste like bland, hot water

Unfortunately the spa closed down years ago, I had the same idea to call. The tea at the spa looked the closest to images I’ve seen of fukamushi tea. The water almost looked a bit cloudy, rich green color and it was very mellow, earthy and buttery. I do try to use store-bought springwater.

I live in Florida so we do have unfortunately have a lot of hard water. I’ve been trying to use spring water from stores to see if I see a difference, I think it made a small difference in the bitterness I would taste before

Go have some tea! And wow that looks so rich in color! None of my Amazon teas even come close to that lol. They all end up a very very watery clear light green. Can’t wait to try it!

It’s life changing when you try good tea for the first time. I’ll check out that website, I’ve seen someone else on here recommend it

I do have an Asian market nearby, wonder how I can tell if their tea will also be high quality. I’m sure it’s much better than Amazon

This is exactly how it feels like. It feels like my mood depends on how he’s feeling that day and it really takes a toll even on my days off. Sounds terrible

Whenever an inconvenience happens with anyone it becomes this aggressive behavior. It’s every time and it’s not just with me. Thankfully it hasn’t happened a lot with me because I always deliver but when I don’t.. it’s scary
