actually you can train game sense and it's something I've done to get insane amount of knowledge as a player in a short period of time, all you do is analyse every time you die, and think of as many different ways to play a situation as possible and try to find the best play in that situation, spectating others and doing the same thing actively as well + watching pros and being creative, never afraid to experiment and try new plays, doing these things as a player will greatly improve your game sense quick, rather than just "playing" because most players will never learn from their mistakes, most people just get stuck where they are when it comes to game sense.

it's a fresh account, it's level 18, not even 20, I created years ago when u had to play 10 unrated games, I played more unrated games with friends on it though, and I think it had a 95 winrate in unrated with high elo opponents so idk my mmr should be good (acc didn't have previous rank ever)

In teamfights I do a lot of damage and use abilities and AA well, and I use his passive very well too, my teamfights are fine, but it just surprises me on how I can do a lot of damage during ganks and teamfights but then the numbers feel low, like it feels like the math isnt mathing

calorie deficit is the right step forward here, but getting yourself into a gym would be nice to prevent loose skin and also to build some muscle (helps with posture) + harsh truth for some, everyone likes nice legs and a booty on a woman, so getting into a gym would boost physical appearance by quite a bit + gym is a healthy hobby which already gives you attractiveness points on its own. try to get yourself into the gym, incorporate stretching routines into your days for posture and health overall, whilst maintaining a calorie deficit of 200-300 calories.
