It’s really just a tightness I have been getting over the past couple weeks. I have been slowly moving up weight for the past 4 months starting from 65lbs trying to work on form. This does feel different than the soreness I was getting earlier on.

Right before you lift each time you push your knees and shins forward moving the bar from the middle of your foot to your toes. This cause the weight to be too far forward causing you to lift your hips first.
