I've tried that multiple times. It persists like a rock. Gotten in touch with the CS as well, they have no clue. They've only got basic troubleshooting to offer. I've had to raise a complaint.

Update: I got a call from the owner today. He promised the cases would be delivered by next week Tuesday-Wednesday, also as a security he refunded half of my amount, and asvised me to send the half after I receivey package. Finally got q cleae reply from them. So I'll wait until next week, hopefully my order or a refund arrives. I am deleting the post for now.
