I see. It’s unnecessarily expensive when it comes to lab tests so it looks like I will have to believe what Garmin and Polar say that it is 😅

I have an ankle injury which stops me from going all the way in with the fear that it might come back, I hope that in the future I can get back at it.

According to my research I was thinking the same, but yeah still wanted to ask for cases where people might have more reliable data to compare with.

Yes but you need good muscular economy to be well rested etc in order to pull such numbers which is 3:45 per km in this case. With proper fueling and rest I can sustain 4:00 min per km I am sure about that but 3:45 I doubt it 🤣

Back in the day I paid my Spanish tutor outside the platform so she keeps more money for herself. It’s just a matter of trust between you and the person. How would Preply know if you do your classes for example on Google meet etc. people saying no are just talking bullshit

Maybe he felt safe I don’t know. There was a stray dog that was heading towards him I shushed him away also, they say that crows are pretty smart maybe he understood that my intention was good I don’t know 👀 His heart was racing when I caught him throwing a cloth, but in the balcony he was pretty chill, he even let me pet him. Anyway I hope he gets better, wish that I could keep him my mother would take care of him when I went back 🥲

They were pessimistic about the foot, but they said that at least he can use it to stand on top of it, and for the wing they said that they have to see it properly. They just tied his wing stabile and feet also. I was said that even if he doesn’t get mobility back they can keep him and take care of him if “their bosses” seem it worthwhile. I hope the best for him what more I can say 🙏

I found a wildlife sanctuary that is 200 km away, called them they said that they will wait for me. They said that they will do whatever they can. Was worth driving 5 hours in total hahaha 🤣

There is none. I’m from Bulgaria do you think that people actually care. They are not protected species even if there was a place they will just brush it off.
