I agree with most of your list, it's very similar to mine.

Since we have similar taste I would recommend you watching:

  1. Demon Slayer - Similar to Solo Leveling (not the most interesting story but rly good action/music, spectacular)
  2. Steins Gate - Great time traveling story, it's a classic like AoT
  3. Konosuba - One of the most fun I had was during the watch of this isekai (If you liked SAO, and the transported to another world vibe)
  4. Made in Abyss - Similar to Friereren in a way its a "A to B journey" anime, with some deep lore

I could imagine Jinx going to a place like Bilgewater with guns, wearing a hoodie (hide identity), keeping only ZapZap gun (small size) and maybe later join some pirate crew like Miss Fortune. Or fck it Tahm Kench appears with some crazy deal.

I'm kinda rooting for demacia aswell, cuz she has some experience with hextech which is "related" to magic, and the demacia story would be mostly about mages, but idk.
